MindTribe is seeking an Office Assistant to support our team and help accomplish a broad range of activities in the office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General office assistance
• Support bookkeeper
• Support business development efforts
• Manage facilities
• Provide help with a broad range of activities on a day-to-day basis
• Greet and seat guests

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to excel with the above role
• Must be motivated and enthusiastic about being an integral part of a small team
• Ability to be versatile and multitask many activities at once
• Must have vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
