Program Manager

MindTribe is looking for a technical, dynamic, and versatile project manager to manage product development teams, as well as develop internal project management systems and manage client relationships. Technical background, preferably in more than one engineering discipline, and demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and teams effectively is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

75% Program Management:
Play a leadership role for client projects and internal teams developing high tech products and prototypes.

15% Process Development:
Refine our product development process, and create internal systems and tools to help us improve our efficiency and the consistency of what we release.

10% Internal Activities:
Attend weekly breakfast meetings, interview prospective hires, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS in Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years professional experience, including demonstrated ability to manage projects
• Versatile skills and technical interests
• Ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
